1. Service Description

RankMyGMB is a powerful platform designed to help business owners and digital marketers fully manage and optimize their Google Business Profile (GBP). Our tools allow you to update business information, publish posts, respond to customer reviews, track rankings, and monitor overall profile performance all from a single, easy-to-use dashboard.

Whether you run a single location or manage multiple business profiles, RankMyGMB gives you the control and insights needed to improve your local search visibility and attract more customers through Google Search and Maps.

2. User Responsibilities

By accessing and using the RankMyGMB platform, you take on certain responsibilities to ensure the service is used appropriately and in accordance with applicable guidelines. You agree to the following:

• You must be the verified owner or an authorized manager of the Google Business Profile you are managing through our platform.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all business information you provide or update through RankMyGMB.
• You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized activity.
• You must not attempt to manipulate Google reviews, rankings, or any other Google system in violation of Google's policies.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Google Verification

Certain changes made through RankMyGMB such as updating your business name, address, phone number, or category may trigger a verification process required by Google. This is a standard Google policy applied to all Google Business Profile changes and is entirely outside the control of RankMyGMB.

RankMyGMB does not influence, accelerate, or guarantee the outcome of any Google verification process. Verification may take anywhere from a few hours to several days, and in some cases Google may request additional documentation or a physical postcard verification. We recommend keeping your profile information accurate and consistent to minimize verification delays.

4. Limitation of Liability

RankMyGMB acts as a management interface between you and Google's Business Profile platform. As such, we have no direct control over Google's systems, algorithms, or policy enforcement. We are not responsible for any of the following:

• Delays or failures in processing updates made to your Google Business Profile.
• Rejection of edits, posts, or photos by Google's automated or manual review systems.
• Suspension, disabling, or removal of your Google Business Profile by Google.
• Loss of ranking, reviews, or visibility on Google Search or Maps due to Google policy changes.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RankMyGMB.

All decisions regarding your Google Business Profile are made solely by Google and governed by Google's Terms of Service and Business Profile policies.

5. Account Suspension

RankMyGMB reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the platform if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have:

• Violated any of these Terms & Conditions.
• Used the platform for unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal purposes.
• Attempted to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the functioning of RankMyGMB.
• Engaged in any activity that harms other users, third parties, or the reputation of RankMyGMB.

In cases of suspension, we will attempt to notify you via the email associated with your account. However, we reserve the right to suspend access immediately without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

6. Changes to Terms

RankMyGMB reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In the case of significant changes, we may also notify you via email or an in-app notification.

Your continued use of RankMyGMB after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about your rights and responsibilities.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amritsar, Punjab, India.

8. Subscription & Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize RankMyGMB to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, content, dashboards, systems, and technology provided by RankMyGMB remain the exclusive property of RankMyGMB.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without written permission.

10. Service Availability

RankMyGMB services may occasionally experience interruptions due to maintenance, server issues, API limitations, or third-party service outages.  We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform at all times.

11. Third-Party Services

Certain RankMyGMB features depend on third-party services and APIs including Google Business Profile APIs.  Features may change, become limited, or stop functioning due to changes in third-party policies, APIs, restrictions, or technical limitations beyond our control.

12. No Guaranteed Results

RankMyGMB does not guarantee specific rankings, lead generation, calls, traffic, customer inquiries, or business growth. Results vary depending on competition, business profile strength, location, industry, and Google algorithm updates.

12. Force Majeure

RankMyGMB shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, cyber attacks, government actions, pandemics, API failures, or third-party disruptions.
