1. Overview

At RankMyGMB, we are committed to providing a high-quality Google Business Profile management platform. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund, and we have established this policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our users.

By subscribing to or purchasing any plan on RankMyGMB, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Please read this carefully before making any purchase.

2. Subscription Plans

RankMyGMB offers monthly and annual subscription plans. The terms for refunds differ slightly depending on the type of plan you have purchased:

  • Monthly Plans: You are billed once every 30 days. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a monthly plan.
  • Annual Plans: You are billed once per year. If you cancel within the eligible refund window (see Section 3), you may be entitled to a prorated refund for the remaining unused months.
  • Free Trial: If you are on a free trial, no charges apply until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial ends without any charges.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • 7-Day Refund Window: If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
  • Technical Issues: If RankMyGMB experiences a critical technical failure that prevents you from using the core features of the platform for an extended period, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a billing error, we will immediately refund the duplicate amount.
  • Annual Plan Cancellation: If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day refund window, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your subscription, at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You have used the platform actively and then decided to cancel after the 7-day refund window.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle renewed.
  • You are dissatisfied with results related to Google's own decisions - such as verification delays, profile suspensions, or ranking changes - which are outside RankMyGMB's control.
  • Partial refunds for unused days in a monthly billing cycle.
  • Add-on features or one-time purchases after they have been used or accessed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Send an email to support@rankmygmb.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Registered Email]".
  • Step 2: Include your full name, registered email address, subscription plan, date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Step 3: Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  • Step 4: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund - in many cases, our team can resolve issues quickly and ensure you get the most out of RankMyGMB.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, the processing time depends on your payment method:

  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days.
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 1–3 business days.
  • International Cards: 7–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@rankmygmb.com and we will investigate promptly.

7. Plan Cancellation

You may cancel your RankMyGMB subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Please note:

  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
  • You can reactivate your account within the 30-day window without losing your data.
  • RankMyGMB does not charge any cancellation fees.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Changes to This Policy

RankMyGMB reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically, especially before making a new purchase.

Continued use of RankMyGMB after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. No Performance-Based Refunds

Refunds will not be issued based on Google ranking positions, lead generation expectations, traffic fluctuations, or business outcomes.

11. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically qualify for refunds of previous payments.

12. Fraudulent Disputes

RankMyGMB reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, abuse, or misuse of services.
